OUR THOUGHTS: I brought this dessert to a carry-in at work. I loved how easy it was to put together - perfect for a busy weeknight. The taste was delicious as well - I especially loved the difference in texture between the pumpkin part and the cake/butter part. The only bad thing is that this dish will definitely not keep you on track with a diet! I had to get it out of the house fast!
