RECIPE: Lasagna Rolls
FROM: We used two recipes. We used the sauce from here and the ricotta mixture from here.
NEW (to us) INGREDIENTS: None
FIRST TIME MAKING? Yes
OUR THOUGHTS: Definitely more work than regular lasagna. However, since I am trying to watch what I'm eating I appreciated the pre-portioned servings. I couldn't "accidentally" give my self a bigger piece if you know what I mean :). They were delicious - I really think collaborating the two recipes was a good idea. Oh, and they were a lot more fun to photograph versus regular lasagna.

These look yummy Haley, I make spinach ricotta cannelloni which look very similar.Delicious.
