Our Thoughts: "I hate stuffed peppers" is what I always say; my Mom used to make them and I detested them. I only made this recipe because Jason likes stuffed peppers. However, to my surprise, I liked these! The filling was delicious and the pepper flavor did no permeate everything. I added a dollop of sour cream to mine to add a little moisture. This was a great tasting healthy meal.
